The Halina Vision series includes a large number of camera models from the company Haking. Most models were introduced and sold from the 1990s to the early 2000s. They mostly come from production facilities in Thailand, Hong Kong, and China.
Most models are simple compact cameras. Most have a fixed lens with a fixed focal length. They either have autofocus or the focus is fixed. Aperture and shutter speed cannot be changed. There are also no other manual adjustment options.
Most Halina Vision cameras often come with a built-in flash. Some have a red-eye reduction mode. Film transport is usually motorized. Except for one model, all cameras use 35mm film (eBay / Amazon*).
The cameras are a good entry point into analog photography. However, one should not have the highest expectations of image quality, but rather let the results surprise you.
There was also a Vision series directly under the brand name Haking.
