Impossible B&W 2.0 Film for SX-70

The Impossible B&W 2.0 Film for SX-70 is an instant film. It is the successor of the Impossible B&W Film for SX-70.

The biggest innovation in this version is the shortened development time. Impossible promises that after 20 seconds, the first schemas of the image can be seen and after 5 minutes, the complete image is developed. This means that the development time has been halved.

Furthermore, the ejected image no longer needs to be protected from the light.

According to the manufacturer, the black-and-white images with the 2nd generation black-and-white film are accurate, the contrasts are strong and the sharpness is clear.

The film was developed by Impossible’s teams in Enschede and Monheim.

There are eight images in a pack. The Impossible B&W 2.0 Film for SX-70 can be used in all Polaroid SX-70 cameras and in the Impossible Instant Lab.

You can recognize the 2nd generation by the “2.0” imprint on the packaging.
