Brooklyn Instant Film Initiative (BKIFI) distributes BKIFI Pride Hearts color negative film, which is manufactured by another company and is commercially available under this brand.

Perfect snapshots of stories and moments can be captured in color images with BKIFI Pride Hearts film. The film speed of ISO 400, as specified in the datasheet, is suitable for most situations.

A special feature of the photographic film is its classification as an effect film, which is pre-exposed. In this case, the film stock is covered with small hearts in the colors of the rainbow. These hearts subsequently appear in the later images.

Development of the film

The development of the full film is done in the C-41 process. In Germany, most laboratories offer development in C-41 chemistry, since the C-41 color negative process is standardized. After the development is completed, the captured images are obtained as film strips as a result.

Ability to make prints of the images as an additional option at most developing labs after the process is complete. Alternatively, the analog film strips can be digitized with a scanner to obtain the photos in digital form, and then shared physically or on social networks such as Facebook, Instagram and others.
