The PX 680 Color Protection American Woods Edition is an instant film. This edition was introduced by Impossible in 2012.
The PX 680 Color Protection variant does not have a simple white frame, but the images are surrounded by a wood-look frame. The film comes in a pack of three.
Each cassette with eight shots each has been sped a different “wood”. The designs are based on the American hard maple, canyon live oak and hickory nut woods.
The development time is about 30 to 40 minutes at 21 degrees. However, the finished image is no longer sensitive to light, as was the case with earlier Impossible film versions.
This edition is no longer produced. As an alternative for color images, you can reach for the Polaroid Color Film for 600*.
