The Lomo’Instant Mumbai was introduced by Lomography in October 2016. It is a special version of the Lomo’Instant.
The camera is held in soft light gray and shiny copper. It is named after the Indian city of Mumbai, which is known for vibrant life and good food.
Functions
The functions do not differ from the other versions.
The camera offers two exposure times: N and B (Bulb). The N setting is suitable for normal shooting, while the B setting can be used for long exposures and light painting.
Another useful feature of the Lomo’Instant is the multiple exposure switch, which allows you to take multiple pictures on one film frame. The cable release connector and tripod thread allow you to position the camera stably and create blur-free images. The mirror on the front of the camera is perfect for selfies and group shots, while the included color filters allow you to colorize the flash according to your preference.
Films
The instant camera requires the Fujifilm Instax Mini instant film and produces images the size of a credit card. For black and white pictures, there is the Instax Mini Monochrome*. The regular film for color pictures is the Instax Mini Film*. For fans of Hello Kitty and co, there are various special editions of the Instax Mini color film. The Instax Mini cameras and films can be used well at weddings and parties.
Besides the Lomo’Instant Mumbai, there are many other Special Editions of the instant camera, such as the Lomo’Instant Sanremo, Honolulu, Montenegro, Boston, Kyoto, Havana, Marrakesh, Milano and Reykjavik.
