The Canon EOS 300X is a camera from Canon. It was introduced in 2004. The 35mm photo camera was also available on the American market under the name "Canon EOS Rebel T2". On the Japanese home market it was available as "EOS Kiss 7".
The Canon EOS 300X offers the possibility of interchangeable lenses. Lenses with an EF bayonet can be used. With the Canon EOS 300X you don't have to focus by hand. The camera has an autofocus. The autofocus consists of seven points.
The Canon EOS 300X is equipped with a built-in light meter. It is designed for films from ISO 6 to ISO 6400. The film speed (25 to 5000) is read from the camera by the DX code on the film cartridge.

A recommendation for taking pictures with this camera is Agfaphoto Vista 200* for color pictures and Kodak TRI-X 400* for black and white pictures. Both films give nice results.
The development process for color film is the C-41 process. This development process is carried out by all photo labs that offer development of 35mm film. Most drugstore chains in Germany offer the development of color films.
The area of the negatives of the Canon EOS 300X is 24 mm x 36 mm. The film transport is automatic. For this the SLR comes with an automatic prewinding system.
