Features

The Fisheye camera is a unique and exciting camera that is perfect for anyone who wants to experiment with creative photography. It is a compact, easy-to-use camera that is a great choice for both beginners and experienced photographers who want to try something new.

Camera type and body material

The Lomography Fisheye One is a type of fisheye camera, which means it has an extremely wide-angle lens that can be used to capture a panoramic view of a scene. The body material of the camera is plastic, which makes it lightweight and easy to carry.

Film format and transportation

The fisheye camera uses 35mm film, a popular film format that is readily available. Film transport is manual, which means you must manually wind the film after each shot.

Focal length and maximum aperture

The fisheye camera has a fixed focal length of 10 mm, which is a very wide-angle lens. This means that you can capture a large part of the subject in front of you in a single shot. The maximum aperture of the lens is f/8, which is relatively small, but still allows for good image quality in bright light conditions.

Near focus distance and focus

The close focus distance of the fisheye camera is 10 cm or 0.328 feet, which means you can take close-up pictures of small objects. The focus is fixed, which means you don’t have to worry about focusing the camera before shooting.

Shutter Speed

The shutter speed of the fisheye camera is 1/100s, which is fast enough to take action shots without shaking. However, it is not ideal for low-light conditions, so you may need to use a flash in such situations. The camera does not have a date imprinting feature.

Flash and flash sync speed

The fisheye camera has a built-in flash, which is useful in low-light conditions or when you want to creatively illuminate your shots. The flash sync speed is 1/100s, which means the flash will sync to the shutter at that speed.

Tripod mount, cable release and self-timer

The fisheye camera does not have a tripod mount, cable release thread, or self-timer. This means you have to hold the camera steady while shooting, which can be a challenge for slow shutter speeds or long exposures.

Power supply and country of manufacture

The Fisheye One is powered by a single AA battery, which is readily available and easy to replace. The battery is only needed for the flash The camera is manufactured in China.

Accessories

An underwater housing is available as an accessory for the fisheye camera, allowing you to take the camera underwater and capture unique images of underwater creatures. This housing is not included with the camera and must be purchased separately.
