Which Special Editions of Polaroid 600 Cameras Existed?
There were a large number of different models of the 600 cameras. The main distinguishing feature was and is not the functions, which are mostly the same, but the appearance.
Cameras in various colors and also with different brandings from companies and organizations were produced by Polaroid. For example, there were models with Coca-Cola, Barbie, McDonalds, or Spice Cam branding.

Originally intended as promotional gifts to give away or raffle, these models are now very popular with collectors. Some now fetch collector prices.
Of course, you can still take photos with them. All mentioned cameras require 600 film. The Polaroid Color Film for 600* and the Polaroid B&W Film for 600* would fit and are still being produced.
