The Polaroid Originals Pink Film for 600 is an instant film. It is part of the Duochrome Edition family of films. It is a monochrome film. However, the pictures with the film are not black and white, but black and pink.
The Polaroid Originals Pink Film for 600 is designed for the Type 600 instant format. This film format was developed in the 80’s and is the successor to the SX-70 format.
One image measures 8.8 x 10.7 cm. This area is filled by the captured photo (7.9 x 7.9 cm). The remaining area is filled by the white frame.
After taking the photo, the image is thrown out of the camera and the captured image slowly appears on the blank surface. The duration of the development process is about 10 minutes.
Film format
In all models of the Polaroid 600 family, the film can be exposed. The images are in the so-called film cassette. The film cassette also contains the battery for the instant camera. 8 pictures are in a box.
