The Polaroid Colorpack 88 is an instant camera. It dates from the 70s and was sold by Polaroid on the international market. This model is very similar to the Colorpack 80 and Colorpack II. The big difference to the 80 is the limitation to films with ISO 75.
The camera comes with a plastic housing. The camera is only available in a black version. The instant picture camera definitely cannot be described as a high-quality camera, but it still makes a robust impression. On the back of the camera is a connection for a hand strap.
The camera does not offer many adjustment possibilities. The aperture and exposure time cannot be set manually by the photographer. The exposure can be slightly influenced by the light/dark controller on the front of the camera.
Before releasing the shutter, the focus must be adjusted on the lens. This can be done by turning the lens barrel. This is not necessary with most of the instant cameras of this kind from that time, they mostly come with a fixed focus. There is no possibility to check the adjustment, apart from the printed numbers. The closest focusing distance is 120 cm.
The shutter release of the camera is located on the right front of the camera. The shutter release button can be locked by turning it. One should be a little careful when pressing the shutter release button, as otherwise one quickly moves the camera too much and thus creates blurred pictures.
Which films are available for the Polaroid Colorpack 88? The camera is designed for the type 80 format. These separation films were produced by Polaroid. Unfortunately, there is no manufacturer today that offers films for this format. Therefore, you cannot really use the camera anymore. There is also no alternative to the films.
Due to the missing films, the value of the Polaroid Colorpack 88 is not very high anymore.

FAQ about the Polaroid Colorpack 88
What kind of film does this Polaroid camera use?
The Polaroid Colorpack 88 uses Type 80 film, a discontinued instant film format originally produced by Polaroid. Unfortunately, this film is no longer manufactured, making the camera unusable for taking new pictures.

How do I focus the Polaroid Colorpack 88?
Focusing is done manually by rotating the lens barrel. Unlike many instant cameras of that era, this one requires manual focusing. The minimum focus distance is 120 cm.
What is the camera's body made of?
The Colorpack 88 has a plastic body. It only comes in black. While not considered high-quality, the plastic casing does appear to be durable.
Is the Polaroid Colorpack 88 valuable today?
Due to the unavailability of Type 80 film, the value of the Polaroid Colorpack 88 is currently quite low. Collectors might be interested, but its photographic use is impossible.

Hallo
Habe leider kein Anleitung dazu gefunden.
