The Polaroid 600 Invent America is an instant camera. She was introduced by Retrospekt. It is a refurbished instant camera from Polaroid. It has a black case and a print on the front with the slogan “Invent America”.

Invent America was a program in the USA that started in the 1980s. It should make children and young people curious about science and exploration and introduce them to the profession of inventor.

Equipped with a fixed lens, the camera is easy to use, making it perfect for events such as weddings or parties. Although it doesn’t offer zoom or focus functions, the integrated light meter guarantees perfect shots every time you use it. Exposure adjustment can be easily made using the light/dark slider on the front of the device.

The automatic but controllable flash ensures your photos always get the right amount of light. Interestingly, the camera draws its power from a battery built into the film cassette, meaning no additional batteries are needed.

Film options for your Invent America Polaroid 600 camera

A growing selection of freshly produced films is available for the Invent America Polaroid 600 camera, allowing you to choose between black and white and color options. The corresponding film variants are the Polaroid Color Film for 600* for colored prints and the Polaroid B&W Film for 600* for monochrome photos.

Each film pack contains eight exposures, and once these exposures are used up, a simple film change is required. Please note that footage is not included. Developing time varies between five and fifteen minutes depending on the film chosen, and it should be noted that shaking the images does not speed up the development process.
