The Polaroid Originals OneStep 2 Summer Blue is an instant camera. It was introduced in 2019 together with the Coral Edition. The housing of this edition of the OneStep 2 is in white and blue.

The lens of the Polaroid Originals OneStep 2 Summer Blue is fixed and made of plastic. 106 mm is the focal length of the lens. The focus of the lens is fixed and cannot be changed. The minimum distance to the subject is 60 cm. A camera for macro shots is therefore not really the snapshots.

The camera has a built-in light meter. The exposure settings are set automatically by the camera. You can influence the chosen values a little with the exposure correction of the camera.

The Polaroid Originals OneStep 2 Summer Blue comes with a built-in flash. It also comes with a thread for a tripod and a self-timer is also built in.

Measuring 15 x 11 x 9.5 cm, the Polaroid Originals OneStep 2 Summer Blue weighs 460 grams according to the user manual. The instant camera is powered by a built-in rechargeable battery. It is recharged with an included USB cable. A fully charged battery should last for 60 days.

Films for the Polaroid Originals OneStep 2 Summer Blue

The instant camera is designed for the i-Type format. This format is similar to the old Polaroid 600 format in terms of film speed and size, but does without a battery in the film pack.

The current color film of the i-Type format is the Polaroid Color Film for i-Type*. If you want to take black and white pictures with the instant camera you can buy the Polaroid B&W Film for i-Type*. Each box contains a film cassette / film pack with eight unexposed pictures.

The development time starts after the camera has ejected the image with its built-in motor. Usually it is between five and fifteen minutes. Shaking the picture does not bring you closer to the finished picture and should be avoided if possible.
