The Konica Monochrome VX 400 is a black-and-white film. It belongs to the chromogenic films, which means that it is not processed in a special black-and-white developer, but comes into the C-41 process (= CNK-4), the same development process for color negative films. The 35mm film has a sensitivity of ISO 400.
Production of the Monochrome VX 400 was ended by Konica. Today, there are two alternatives for chromogenic black-and-white films, the Kodak BW400CN and the Ilford XP2 Super.
