The Holga 120 TLR is a medium format camera made of plastic. Instead of one lens, this variant of the Holga medium format camera has two plastic lenses at once.
This variant of the Holga medium format camera has not just one lens, but two plastic lenses at once. Through the second lens, which is placed above the normal one, you can look with the help of a viewfinder. This function, also called a two-lens reflex camera, is similar to that of a digital SLR.
Thus, as with a Lubitel, Seagull or Rolleiflex, you can look through the viewfinder from above and aim at the subject. Of course, the quality of the viewfinder and the sophistication of these TLRs are not comparable to those of the Holga. This type of camera is called a twin lens reflex camera or Twin Lens Reflex Camera (TLR for short).
In terms of other functions, it is identical to the Holga 120 CFN or Holga 120 N (the latter has no built-in flash). The built-in color flash is powered by two AA batteries (eBay / Amazon*).
The Holga TLR is also available for 35m film. Of course, you can also expose 35mm film in the medium format camera, but not by default.
