The [gp] Surv. 27 DP is a black and white film. It is sold by GeneralPhoto, a mail-order photo distributor from Germany.
The development times for the film are identical to those of the Agfa ASP Surveillance Film, or Rollei Retro 400S. However, it is priced below its Rollei counterpart.
The sensitivity of the GeneralPhoto Surv. 27 DP film is given as ISO 400. The black and white film has no edge markings (numbers and name), this of course makes no difference when shooting. The film, which is only available for 35 mm cameras, is supplied in a refillable cartridge.
The number of pictures is specified as 36, but usually more pictures fit on the film. If you want to take even more pictures, there is also the [gp] Surv. 27 EXCESS LENGTH, a film with extra length. So you can fit 50 pictures on one roll.
In addition, it is also available without film perforation/prockets.
Sample photos
The expired roll of 35mm film was developed in Rodinal / R09 One Shot. For 60 minutes, the film was left in the developing solution (1+100, 20 degrees) (still development). Digitizing was done with the Canoscan 9000F flatbed scanner (eBay / Amazon*).
