The Fujifilm Fujicolor Portrait NPS 160 Professional is a color negative film. It is a C-41 film with a sensitivity of ISO 160, but the film has already been discontinued by Fujifilm.
The Fujifilm NPS 160 Pro was designed for portrait photography, but also for shooting weddings. It was advertised as having an even, pleasing representation of skin tones and natural color reproduction. For development, it went into a C-41 bath (CN 16).
It was available in 35mm, 120, 220, and as sheet film in 4×5″, 8×10″, 9×12 cm, and 13×18 cm sizes. In 2005, it and the NPC 160 were replaced by the Fujicolor Pro 160C and the Fujicolor Pro 160S.
As an alternative to the Fujicolor NPS 160 Professional, today you can go to the Kodak Portra 160 or the Fujifilm Pro 160 NS.
