The Carena mini AF is a snapshot camera and was sold by Photo Porst in the 90s. The new price was 100 D-Mark in 1993.
The lens of the Carena mini AF cannot be changed. The focal length is fixed. The camera is equipped with an autofocus. The camera comes with a light meter. Enough light is provided by the built-in flash.
The camera weighs 170 grams. The reason for the low weight is the lightweight black plastic casing. The dimensions are 11 x 6.5 x 4.5 cm.
The value of the camera is in the low single-digit euro range.
Films for the Carena mini AF
You can’t use the camera without photographic film. The Carena mini AF needs 35mm film. 35mm films are still produced by various manufacturers. One possible film for color images is the Fujifilm Superia 400*. A possibility for B&W images is the Ilford HP5*.
The development process for color film is the C-41 process. The C-41 process is standardized and offered by most developing labs.
