The Haking Vision Mini S is a classic compact camera. It comes with a plastic case, was sold at a reasonable price and comes with no adjustment options. This type of camera was very popular with families and was a companion for vacations and family gatherings.
Camera capabilities
Equipped with a fixed 35mm lens, this camera is easy to handle, although the exact focal length is not specified; however, it is probably between 28mm and 35mm. Film options for the Haking Vision Mini S
According to the user manual, the Haking Vision Mini S accepts 35mm film, which remains available and developable from multiple providers.
Suitable films for this compact camera are, for example, the Kodak Gold 200* for color photographs and the Ilford Delta 400* for black and white images. According to test reports, both films deliver solid results. In addition, films from other brands such as Lomography, Fujifilm, Rollei, Adox and Foma are compatible.
The negatives of the compact camera measure 24 mm x 36 mm. An automatic system advances the film after each shot, and a counter on the top shows the number of photos already taken.
Once the film is fully exposed, it is automatically rewound into its cassette. The camera can then be opened to remove the film and have it developed. It is strongly advised not to open the camera when the film is not already rewound, as this could allow light to enter and damage the film.
