The Impossible Project ha presentato in una "Cool Edition" versioni riviste delle sue pellicole. Nella confezione argentata si trovano le ultime versioni delle pellicole istantanee della fabbrica di Enschede, nei Paesi Bassi.
D'ora in poi, Impossible intende presentare le sue nuove pellicole istantanee per le vecchie fotocamere Polaroid ogni primavera e autunno.
La Cool Line fa da apripista e aggiorna tutte le pellicole istantanee di Impossible.
Queste pellicole si basano sulle ultime formule e ricerche dei successori di Polaroid.
Una confezione contiene 8 immagini e costa circa 20 euro. La confezione è completamente ridisegnata, in argento con la scritta "Keep Me Cool". Per ottenere i migliori risultati, le pellicole devono essere conservate tra 5 e 10°C. Non devono essere congelate.
Sono disponibili nel negozio online di The Impossible Project. Naturalmente sono disponibili anche negli Impossible Project Spaces di New York, Vienna e Tokyo, e in tutti gli Impossible Partner Stores (Berlino, Düsseldorf, Monaco, ecc.).
Le pellicole PX per fotocamere Polaroid 600 e SX-70, PX 680 Color Shade Cool, PX 600 Silver Shade Cool, PX 70 Color Shade e PX 100 Silver Shade Cool, sono disponibili da subito, le versioni PZ lo saranno solo dal 26 aprile 2012.

THE NEW SPRING 2012 EDITION
NEW YORK April 19, 2012 - Impossible presents the inaugural launch of the new Impossible COOL film line.
New Impossible films will now be released bi-annually each year in Spring and Fall.
The Spring 2012 COOL line features all Impossible Color and Silver Shade film materials in their newest incarnations based on the latest findings and achievements in instant film development.
The colors of this season are based on warm tones creating dreamy images, with Color Shade films producing true colors and Silver Shade films delivering classic black & white images.
The COOL films introduce a new level and improved flavor of analog instant photography.
Photographers shooting the Impossible COOL film materials will experience a faster image development, more consistent image results as well as greatly reduced artifacts and irregularities.
Just like fine wine COOL films can be stored and enjoyed at every kind of temperature.
For optimized consumption it proves beneficial to store COOL films in the fridge around 5-10°C /41-50°F.
This guarantees and extends optimized performance and will help maintain the film's quality.
The COOL film line presents PX 70 Color Shade and PX 100 Silver Shade for Polaroid SX-70 camera models, PX 680 Color Shade and PX 600 Silver Shade for Polaroid 600 cameras.
For Image, Spectra and 1200 Polaroid cameras PZ 680 Color Shade and PZ 600 Silver Shade films will become available April 26.
The new COOL edition films being the new and upgraded standard of Impossiblefilm quality are available for EUR 20 / USD 23.49 film pack (8 images per pack) in the Impossible Project Spaces New York City, Vienna and Tokyo, all Impossible Partner stores and at shop.the-impossible-project.com
