The Topcon 135 EE is a 35mm camera. It was manufactured by Haking and presented in the 70s. The model was sold under the Topcon brand. The original model is the Haking Autoflash 35.
The camera is equipped with a lens with a fixed focal length. The focal length of the lens is 40 mm and the maximum aperture is f/2.8. The Topcon 135 EE has no autofocus. Therefore, you have to focus by hand.
The 35mm camera has an exposure meter. It was designed for films with a speed of ISO 25 to ISO 450. The correct exposure is automatically set by the camera.
A flash is built in for pictures in low light situations. The 35mm camera has a thread for a tripod.
The camera requires two AA batteries (eBay / Amazon*). These batteries are needed for the built-in flash. For the light meter an additional PX625 battery (eBay / Amazon*) is needed.
Films for the Topcon 135 EE
The Topcon 135 EE needs photo film for taking pictures. Or more precisely 35mm film. This type of film is still being produced and can be processed by most photo laboratories without any problems. The Kodak Ultramax 400* is a possible color film for the Topcon 135 EE. Black and white images are with the Ilford FP4 Plus* possible.
The color film is processed in the C-41 process. This development process is carried out by all photo laboratories offering the development of 35mm films.
The exposure area of the Topcon 135 EE is 24 mm x 36 mm big. The film is winded manually in the camera.
