The Revue DIA 400 is a slide film. It was sold on the market by Foto-Quelle. Probably the Scotch Chrome 400 was in the cartridge of the film in the 90s.
The rated speed of the film is ISO 400. It is designed for color images. If you expose it today, you should overexpose it. The reason for this is that film material loses sensitivity over time. Optimal results are obtained when shooting in daylight.
The Revue DIA 400 must be developed in the E6 process. At the end of the development process, you get classic color slides. These can then be scanned or projected. The color slide film was available for the 35mm format.
