The Lomo’Instant Automat Glass Assemble Configure is an instant camera from the house of Lomography. The camera was introduced in early November 2020. The design of the camera was created in collaboration with Laura Slater.
Lomography writes the following about Laura Slater and her work:
UK-based textile designer Laura Slater believes that we can see the world in patterns. In her work, which is often abstract or semi-abstract in nature, she interprets her personal view of the world in textured, graphic, often brightly colored artwork. Assemble/ Configure, instantly recognizable for its bold use of “Yves Klein blue,” is one of her signature collections and inspired by the collision of natural and man-made patterns in her native landscape. Instant photography allows Slater to collect and collage images from her everyday life before transforming them into something new and beautiful.
This edition is identical in functionality to Lomo’Instant Automat Glass from Lomography. Supplied the camera with macro attachment, lens cap with built-in remote shutter release, splitzer, color gel filter, instructions, magnetic stickers, adhesive dots, photo frame and photo clips included.
