Lomography Simple-Use Film Camera Classicolor Edition

The Lomography Simple-Use Reloadable Film Camera Classicolor Edition is a new edition of Lomography’s disposable camera. It was unveiled to the public in early 2026.

The camera contains a roll of Lomography LomoChrome Classicolor film. Images taken with this ISO 200 film are characterized by natural skin tones, vibrant reds, and clear, radiant greens and blues, creating an authentic 80s aesthetic. One roll holds 27 exposures.

This reusable camera is a convenient and affordable way to capture memories of special events and occasions. It features a fixed 31mm plastic lens that cannot be adjusted or refocused and offers a focus range of 1 meter to infinity.

The aperture is fixed at f/9 and the shutter speed at 1/120 s, making the camera easy to use and eliminating the need for users to worry about technical settings.

The built-in flash is a great feature, providing sufficient illumination in dark environments and ensuring well-exposed and sharp images.

However, it is recommended not to move too far from the subject, as the flash has a recycle time of approximately fifteen seconds, which can result in missed shots. After shooting, the film can be developed using the C-41 process, a standard process for color negative film offered by most photo labs.

Because the camera is designed to be environmentally friendly, it can easily be reloaded with a new roll of 35mm film and used again after shooting is complete.

The exposed film can be taken to local retailers like DM and Rossmann for development, and the cost for developing with prints is usually less than 5 euros.
