Its lens offers a fixed focal length, which is approximately in the 28 mm range and thus allows a wide viewing angle. You won’t find a focus for the subject on this model, as it is fixed. For clear and sharp images, the subject must be at least a meter away.

Both the aperture and shutter speed are fixed on this camera. There is no way to adjust the exposure. The built-in flash has a range of up to 4.5 meters and the battery needed for it is already integrated.

Applications

Using a disposable camera, like the Kodak Power Flash, is a nostalgically charming way to capture special moments. It is ideal for numerous occasions, including parties, weddings, vacations, or outings with friends.

With its ease of use and analog appeal, it allows users to fully savor the moment and focus on what’s most important, rather than having to deal with the technical details of a modern camera.

Disposable cameras are great for capturing memories in their most pristine form and experiencing the feeling of surprise and joy as the photos are developed. Whether it’s a boisterous party, a romantic wedding, an exciting vacation or an adventure with friends, a disposable camera adds a nostalgic touch to any occasion and captures special moments in a unique way.

Films for the Kodak Power Flash

The Kodak Power Flash requires 35mm film. Such a film is already integrated in the camera. It is a color negative film with a light sensitivity of ISO 800.

The ISO sensitivity of 800 is good for shooting under varying light conditions. Since it’s a color negative film, small misses of exposure are not problematic.

The exposure field of the camera is 24 mm x 36 mm. One roll of film allows for approximately 27 exposures. The film is manually forwarded to the next photo. Rewinding the film is not necessary.

Development

After all the shots have been taken, either the film or the entire camera must be submitted for development. Many professional photo labs offer development of disposable cameras.

The C-41 process is a standard process for developing color film. This process is offered by most labs. After the development is completed, the negatives are obtained. Photo prints can be made from these negatives or they can be digitized. Most providers offer these services directly.
