The Kodak Ektachrome Select 100 Professional is a slide film. It was probably in the assortment of the photo pioneer from America in the 1990s.
With the Kodak Ektachrome Select 100 Professional, one can create colour slides. The light sensitivity of the film is indicated with ISO 100. You should probably expose it a little stronger if you still get an expired roll of the film today.
Development of the film
The films must be processed in the E6 process. This type of development is offered by most German development labs. So the films can still be developed today.
Availability and alternatives
The Ektachrome Select 100 Professional was limited to 35mm film only. With one roll of the color film you could take 36 photos. The cartridge containing the film was DX-tagged. This code contains the film speed and can be read automatically by camera.
The production of color film has been shut down.
