The Kloppenburg Premier Edition 200 is a color negative film. It was sold under the house brand of the drugstore chain Kloppenburg. It probably contained the Kodak Farbwelt 200.
The color negative film has a sensitivity of ISO 200. If you expose it today, you should overexpose it. Since the film material loses sensitivity over time. The film is designed for daylight photography.
The Kloppenburg Premier Edition 200 must be developed using the C-41 process. The C-41 color negative process is standardized. It is carried out by most laboratories. Development at DM-Markt and Rossmann is possible. Those who wish can also develop the color film themselves.
The color film was available for the 35mm format. The production of the color negative film was stopped in 2008. A possible alternative to the color negative film is the Kodak Gold 200*. This color negative film has a sensitivity of ISO 200 and is for 35mm cameras. The development takes place in the C-41 process.
