Dubblefilm Solar 400 is a color negative film. The cartridge contains a Kodak Ultramax 400 and the film has been pre-exposed with Light Leaks. Images with this effect film whiten corresponding red spots and streaks.
The sensitivity of the film is specified as ISO 400. This sensitivity makes the film versatile for use in different situations and with different cameras. The light leak effect occurs to varying degrees depending on exposure, subject and light.
Development of the film
The film is developed in C-41 chemistry. Development is available at most photo labs in Germany. The C-41 process is a standardized development process. It is performed by most laboratories.
Formats
The Solar 400 is offered for 35mm cameras only. The number of frames is specified as 36. The film cartridge does not have DX encoding.
