Miranda

Miranda was a producer of cameras from Japan. The company was founded under the name Orion Seiki Sangyō Y.K. by Ogihara Akira and Ōtsuka Shintarō after World War II. In the 1950s, the first 35mm SLR was introduced. Somewhat later, the company was renamed Miranda Camera K.K.. In the 1980s, the brand name “Miranda” was used for various products, including Cosina and Haking. Today, the company no longer exists.
