The Revue 1001 is an instant camera. It was manufactured by Polaroid, but sold by Foto-Quelle under the “Revue” brand in Germany.

The camera is identical in functions to the Polaroid 1000 or Polaroid 1000S.

The body of the camera is black; the shutter release is blue.

The focal length and focus of the lens are fixed. It has a connection for a flash.

There are suitable films for the Revue 1001 from Impossible Project, e.g. the Polaroid Color Film for SX-70* or the Polaroid B&W Film for SX-70*. They have also been sold under the original brand name again since 2020. The juice for the light meter, film transport, etc. comes from a battery in the film pack.
