The Voigtländer VXG 400 is a color negative film. The film was sold by Voigtländer. The cartridge contained a color film from Agfa.
The color negative film has a sensitivity of ISO 400 Color pictures can be made with it. Today, you should overexpose the film a bit. Since the film material loses sensitivity over time. The film is designed for daylight photography.
Develop the Voigtländer VXG 400 in the C-41 process The C-41 process is a standardized development process. It is carried out by most laboratories. Developing at DM-Markt and Rossmann is possible. With a little skill, the film can also be developed in your own lab.
There was the Voigtländer VXG 400 for the 35mm format. The production of the color negative film was stopped. A possible replacement for the color film is the Kodak Ultramax 400*. This 35mm delivers solid results and is still in production today. It must be developed in the C-41 process.
