Samsung Fino 800

The Samsung Fino 800 is a snapshot camera and was produced by Samsung. The compact camera was also available on the market under the brand name “Samsung Maxima Zoom 80 Ti”.

A fixed zoom lens is built into the camera. The lens has a zoom range from 38 to 80 mm. The manufacturer’s designation of the lens is “Samsung SHD Lens Zoom 38-80mm”. Focusing of the lens is done by a built-in autofocus system.

The 35mm camera has an exposure meter. It is designed for films from ISO 50 to ISO 1600. The film speed is read out via the DX code on the film cartridge. The aperture and exposure time are set automatically and cannot be changed.

A bulb mode is available for long exposures. In this mode, the shutter is released as long as the shutter-release button is pressed. The maximum shutter speed is 60 seconds in this mode.

For shooting in low-light conditions, there is a built-in flash for clear pictures. At ISO 100, the range is 2.9 meters. The miniature camera comes with a thread for a tripod. There is also a self-timer with a two second lead time.

The Samsung Fino 800 has a weight of 200 grams according to the operating instructions. The power required for the camera comes from two AA batteries (eBay / Amazon*).
