A Lomography camera free after six months, Lomography revises Film Subscription Service.
Films are a consumable; if you shoot a lot, you naturally need corresponding quantities. Getting the used films every month via a subscription would be a practical option, and Lomography offers such a service with the Film Subscription Service. The offer has existed for a while but has now been revised.
The principle behind it is quickly explained: you choose a film format (35mm, medium format, pocket film, or mixed), then select the desired quantity, and receive it every month at home.
The advantage for the customer is that the films are sent monthly and you get up to 20% discount. In addition, besides the visible Lomography films, you get a secret film extra. You can cancel at any time, so the service is more of a reminder than a real subscription. There is also no membership fee.
What are the new features?
The main new feature is certainly the loyalty system: after 6 months, you get a camera as a gift. Which one you receive depends on the quantity of films ordered. For the packages with 5 or 10 films, you get either a Fisheye One or a Lomography Baby 110 camera. For 15-20 films, you get a La Sardina or a Diana F+ after six months.
