Paul (paulm99) interviewed

Paul tells us in an interview that if production were to cease, he would store all his remaining films in the refrigerator.

Hey? Is this GOONIES??? In Frankfurt am Main?

Who are you?

Name: Paul Müller (paulm99)
Residence: Frankfurt

How did you get into analog photography?

I got into photography through my grandfather's old camera. It was a Pentax Spotmatic SP. Through Urban Outfitters I came to Lomo and my first developed film was already x-pro.

Do you have a favorite camera?

My favorite camera is the LC-A and the LC-A+. It's so handy but still robust, and the focus and exposure system is really convincing. The perfect point and shoot camera!

Do you have a favorite film?

So far I haven't experimented much with films, as that often brings increased costs. However, I've firmly resolved to do more cross-processing this year, and not always just green tones (I need to get a Fuji Sensia somewhere).

What advice should someone have given you when you started analog photography?

Think before you put the film in the camera (which technique, which film...), but don't think long while you're shooting. This tip can really help.

From tomorrow there will be no more films to buy! What do you do?

I'll move my remaining films to the refrigerator :D

Where can you be found online?
