Instant films for Polaroid Image / Spectra cameras

Which films are suitable for the following instant cameras?

All cameras mentioned are designed for the Spectra format of Polaroid. The corresponding instant films are required for this film format.

Are there still instant films available for the Polaroid cameras of the Image and Spectra series?

In October 2019, the production of color and black-and-white films for this format by Polaroid Originals (formerly The Impossible Project) was discontinued. There is no alternative to Polaroid Originals instant film. So you can’t use the old instant cameras today unless you can find some old films.

A similar image format and thus a possible alternative is the Fujifilm Instax Wide Format. Fujifilm’s films have a similar size and are fortunately still produced. Of course you also need the right camera in addition to the films. There are cameras from Fujifilm itself and from other manufacturers, like Lomography. The instant cameras are also still produced. Thus one does not have to worry about the functionality and if nevertheless one can make use of the manufacturer’s guarantee.
