The Konica Color Super SR 100 is a color negative film. Besides the 100 film, there was also a 200 variant of the color film.

The Color Super SR 100 is a film for color images. Expose the film to a sensitivity of ISO 100, making it well-suited for high-light shooting, such as shooting in a studio.

Development of the film

The film is developed using the C-41 developing chemistry. The C-41 process is standardized and offered by most laboratories. The developed film strips can be digitized using a scanner, for example.

Availability and alternatives

The Color Super SR 100 was only made up for 35 mm cameras. With a size of 24 x 36 mm per frame, 36 shots fit on a single roll of the film. The film cartridge has a DX code. This code, which among other things contains the film speed, could be read by some cameras.

In the meantime, color film is no longer produced. The Kodak Gold 200* could be an alternative solution for the 35mm film. A present-day alternative for the 35mm format is the Kodak Gold 200*. A replacement for medium format film is the Kodak Ektar 100*.
