The Adox Scala 160 is a black and white film. It is a replica by Adox of the Agfa Scala slide film (reversal film).
The APX emulsion is cast on a clear triacetate base. Due to the high silver content, a high contrast range should be achieved.
The Adox Scala 160 must be developed in a black and white developer. The clear carrier makes development in a reversal process possible. In this way, you end up with slides that can be projected onto a wall, for example. Development in the Fomapan-R developing set is possible.
The Adox Scala 160 is only available for 35 mm cameras.
