The Diana F+ Sahara is a special edition of the Diana F+ and was introduced by Lomography in March 2012. The Diana F+ is modeled after a plastic camera from the 60s.
The medium format camera is wrapped in leather. The leather of the Diana F+ Sahara printed with pyramids, sand dunes, camels and palm trees.
Of course, the Diana F+ Sahara also has the usual features of the original Diana F+, such as the replaceable plastic lens, the bulb mode and the replaceable back. Normally, medium format film is required to use the plastic camera. By purchasing a back or doing some tinkering, 35mm film can also be used.
In addition to the camera, the package also includes a flash in the appropriate lens, color filters for the flash and a book (Diana F+ – More True Tales & Short Stories).
To match the camera, there is also a case for the camera and flash in the same design. So it is quickly ready for use and still well protected. The cases are made of organic leather.
