The Cosina CS-1 is a single lens reflex camera. The 35mm camera was produced by Cosina.

The lens of the Cosina CS-1 is interchangeable. A Pentax K bayonet was installed for this purpose. The Cosina CS-1 has no autofocus. It is manually focused.
