The Lomomatic 110 Discomatic is an analog pocket camera from Lomography for the 110 pocket film format. With the introduction of the Lomomatic 110 series in 2024, the company introduced a modern model for the pocket film format. The Discomatic variant stands out with a colorful housing in the style of the 1980s. It was unveiled on July 29, 2026.
Functions
Inside the camera, a glass lens with a focal length of 23 mm operates. The lens offers higher imaging performance than many historical 110 cameras with plastic lenses.
Focusing is done manually via a zone focus with 4 fixed positions. These cover distances from 0.8 meters, 1.5 meters, 3 meters to infinity.
An automatic exposure system selects the appropriate shutter speed in the range of 30 seconds to 1/250 second. For long exposures, an additional mode for up to 30 seconds is available.
The camera has 2 aperture settings with values of f/2.8 for low light and f/5.6 for daylight. The user can set the sensitivity of the inserted film to ISO 100, 200, or 400. An integrated multiple exposure function allows exposing a single image multiple times.
The housing has a compact design and is based on the classic sliding mechanism of old pocket cameras. Pulling out the camera cocks the shutter and advances the film by one frame.
After taking a picture, the housing can be pushed back together, protecting the lens from dust and damage. The small dimensions allow easy transport in small bags or backpacks.
Films for the Camera
To operate the camera, various types of 110 pocket film are available. Lomography, as the main manufacturer, offers several color negative films.
In addition to ordinary color films, black and white films like the Lomography Orca 100 and special films from the Lomochrome series exist. These include variants such as Lomochrome Purple or Lomochrome Metropolis, which bring altered color tones and their own contrasts to the image.
Older film cassettes from other manufacturers from previous decades can also be used, as long as they are still functional.

The package contents of this edition include the Lomomatic 110 camera Discomatic housing and the associated Lomomatic flash along with colored flash filters.
For safe transport, a metal chain strap is included that can be attached to the camera. For storing developed strips, the package contains a special tin can for 110 negatives.
Besides a short manual with operating instructions, a poster booklet is also part of the package contents. Films are not included.
