In contrast to other cameras, it lacks many of the usual setting parameters, which makes it easier to use on various occasions. Whether at parties, weddings or on holiday, this camera always cuts a fine figure.
With a fixed focal length lens and no option to change or zoom, the Fotorama 91 ACE requires a minimum distance of 90 cm to the subject for razor-sharp images. The focus is set by the camera's automatic system, in short there is autofocus.
An integrated flash, which is triggered automatically, ensures optimum shots even in poor lighting conditions. Unfortunately, functions such as a tripod thread and a self-timer, which are often available on other cameras, are missing.
Films for the Fujifilm Fotorama 91 ACE
To use this instant camera, the specific instant films called InstantACE are required. This film format with an ISO sensitivity of ISO 800 was introduced by Fujifilm in the 1990s. Unfortunately, these films are no longer available today.
The Fotorama series was particularly popular in Japan, while Polaroid dominated the instant film market outside Japan.
Alternatives
