The Kodak KB series is a line of snapshot cameras from the late 1990s and early 2000s. The models were aimed primarily at beginners and occasional users. This was reflected in limited adjustment options, automatic functions, and a low purchase price.
The compact cameras are all very similar. Except for one model, all cameras come with a fixed lens without zoom and with fixed focus. The 30mm Ektanar lens was later also used in a disposable camera, the Kodak Max HQ. None of the models have an autofocus system.
Of course, a built-in flash cannot be missing from this type of camera. The body of the 35mm cameras is made of plastic and would probably not win any award for quality. Other features that are not found on all models include a self-timer, a red-eye reduction mode, automatic film transport, and a tripod thread.
