The Arista EDU Ultra family is a series of black-and-white films. The films are offered by the American photo retailer Freestyle Photo & Imaging from Hollywood, California. Since 1946, the company has offered everything related to analog photography.
The films are produced by the Czech company Foma. Foma offers the three films in the Fomapan series. They are available in various formats. Thus, there are black-and-white films for 35mm, medium format, and large format cameras.
The films produce classic black-and-white images. Although they cannot match modern B&W films from Kodak or Ilford in terms of sharpness, they are quite insensitive to slight exposure errors and can be processed in a wide variety of black-and-white developers.
