Tell us, why did Lomography revive the 110 film format? And why black and white?
We discussed this extensively at Lomography and then jointly decided that it had to be the 110. This is because the 110 format was very popular and still is. Nevertheless, production ceased on the market in 2009. Since it is an old format, and memories of the past are usually preserved on film – especially in black and white – we thought it best to produce the Orca 110 as a black and white film: it should represent something that rises again from the past.
