Lomography Revives Pocket Film

Lomography brings a dead film format back to life.

Something is happening again in the film business. Lomography has introduced a pocket film today.

From 2008 to 2009, Kodak, Fuji and Ferrania stopped all production of this film format. Since then, there have been no new 110 films and cameras have been gathering dust on shelves.

Now Lomography is reviving this small format with the Lomography Orca B&W 100 110. The black and white film can be used in old pocket cameras. The first production run is only 5,000 units and can be pre-ordered. However, the first production lacks the protective paper. As a result, each frame must be counted manually, as the wheel does not stop when the film is finished. On the last 4 photos of the 24-exposure film, some light leaks may also occur.

One film costs 6.90 euros in Lomography's online shop.
