Until now, filmmakers could only use the Lomokino to use Lomography films. Now Lomography has introduced their first film in a film format for filmmakers.
The Lomochrome Purple, which was previously only available for 35mm and medium format cameras, is now also available as 16mm film. This color negative film can be used in Standard 16 and Super 16 film cameras. Like the effect film for photography, the colors only partially correspond to reality.

The Lomochrome Purple 16mm is developed in the ECN-2 process. The limited film material costs 79 euros for a roll of 30.5 meters of film.
