Fujifilm has introduced a new instant camera from its Instax series
Compared to its predecessor, the Instax Mini 7s, the Instax Mini 8 is slightly thinner and narrower, and the viewfinder has been improved. In addition, it has been given a High-Key mode. This allows for brighter, clearer, and softer pictures. This feature is said to be particularly preferred by female users.
The camera is loaded with Fuji's Instax Mini film. The size of the finished instant pictures is roughly that of a credit card.
The camera is available in various colors: white, black, pastel pink, blue, and yellow. According to Fujifilm, the latter color is very popular among women. The Instax Mini 8 will be available for purchase from the fourth quarter of 2012.
