The planned schedule is as follows:
June 2014: Beta prototype
July 2014: Start of packaging design and final product testing
August 2014: Production test run
September 2014: Start of production for Kickstarter
October 2014: Completion of Kickstarter production
November 2014: Delivery of cameras
Until now, there were only instant backs for existing cameras, such as the Diana F+, Lomo LC-A+ / Lomo LC-Wide and Belair X 6-12, from Lomography. The Lomo'Instant is or will be the first standalone instant camera.
