SX-70 is not only an instant camera from Polaroid, but also an instant film format. The pictures come in a cassette that is inserted into the instant camera. The SX-70 films are particularly suitable for various creative techniques. A particularly popular film was the Polaroid Time-Zero.
The production of SX-70 films was ended by Polaroid in December 2005. In the meantime Impossible offers films for the old SX-70 cameras again. The latest generation films are the Polaroid Color Film for SX-70* and the Polaroid B&W Film for SX-70*.
The batteries for the SX-70 cameras are not in the camera, but are already built into the film pack.
