The Lomography Color Negative 800 120 is a color negative film. This film is a color film for medium format cameras, like the Holga or Diana F+.
Lomography offers it in packs of 3 rolls of film each.
Thanks to its high sensitivity, it can be used to take good pictures in low light and indoors. Especially for cameras with fixed or small aperture this film is suitable. Of course, it can also be used in sunlight, but a smaller aperture should be chosen to prevent overexposure of the film.
The number of possible images depends on the camera used. With the Diana F+, either 12 or 16 (with mask) frames are possible.
The color film is developed using the C-41 process. This development process is offered by most laboratories.
It is also available as 35mm film.
Sample photos
The two images were taken with the Pentax 645 and the Pentax 6x7 105 mm f/2.4. An expired roll of 800 film was used. The film was developed in the regular C-41 process and then digitized with a Canoscan 9000F.
