The photo film is characterized by its neutral reproduction of colors and skin tones. The "S" in its name stands for saturation.
According to Kodak, it is ideal for shooting commercial, product, fashion, industrial, wildlife and landscape photography in the studio or outdoors.
Kodak has discontinued production of the film. The Kodak Ektachrome E100S was available as sheet, medium format and 35mm film.
